Disclosure Information:
Everlasting CHIP Ministry acts as a inter-denominational Ordaining body. In regards to denominational and non-denominational organizations, some may not recognize ordinations by others outside of their denominations or 'sphere of influence' within the body of Christ. That is their legal right, and in no way affects the legal status of your ordination. How you conduct yourself will, in large part, determine how well you are accepted by other churches.
In regards to United States Constitutional law under the present separation of church and state: Ordination is viewed as the function of a given organization to ensure that those speaking for that particular religion or sect are authorized and qualified to do so. As such, Everlasting CHIP Ministry seeks to defend the faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and, as such, licenses and provides spiritual covering for Ministers appropriately.
Under Federal law, the function and role of the Internal Revenue Service in regards to religious groups and their recognized ministers is only to determine whether an organization qualifies for tax exemption. Not all organizations will qualify and not all organizations choose to request tax exempt status. The IRS does not determine "right to ordain" as they further adhere to the Constitutional law barring the state from exercising control or influence over the church.
